Website Hosting

This website is hosted and delivered through Netlify, Inc. Netlify may process technical access data when the website is requested, including IP address, date and time of access, requested files, referrer URL, browser type, browser version and operating system information.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, troubleshoot errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and efficient operation of this website.

App Store Data and Media

The website displays public app information from the Apple App Store, including app names, descriptions, app icons and screenshots. App information is requested from Apple's public App Store interfaces and Apple-hosted media domains such as mzstatic.com.

App icons and screenshots are normally loaded through a Netlify image proxy operated for this website. In that case, your browser requests the image from this website, while the serverless function retrieves and caches the public image from Apple. Apple may receive technical request data from the server infrastructure used for the proxy. If the website is opened in a local/static fallback mode, App Store resources may also be requested directly from Apple by the browser.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is showing accurate, current App Store information for the apps listed on this website.

Serverless Functions and Image Cache

The website uses Netlify Functions to retrieve, normalize and cache public App Store data and media. These functions do not require a user account and are not used to create visitor profiles. Technical request data may be processed by Netlify as part of function execution, logging, caching, security and troubleshooting.

Cached app images are refreshed periodically so the website can stay up to date while reducing repeated requests to Apple and improving loading performance.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown because no consent-requiring tracking is currently used.
